[Remote] Senior HR Data/Report Systems Analyst (Oracle HCM) - Remote

The Senior HR Data/Report Systems Analyst will support measurement and reporting needs for patient care quality initiatives, working independently and collaboratively within the organization to manage and analyze data effectively.ResponsibilitiesWorks directly with customers to develop specifications to meet requested analytic and reporting needsWorks independently to manage data sets, validate data integrity, and audit dataWorks independently to analyze and document business processes, and facilitate improvement to ensure the production and capture of data elements meeting desired standards of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and availability.
