They are seeking a high-impact GTM Recruiter to scale hiring across their go-to-market organization, focusing on building the enterprise sales team and enhancing candidate experience through full-cycle recruiting.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end recruiting across technical and business functions, from initial intake to offerBuild and nurture strong candidate pipelines using various outbound methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox AI, Meetups/Events, etc.)Proactively map target accounts, competitors, and niche talent pools relevant to cybersecurity and software developmentPartner directly with sales leadership to scale the enterprise sales org — quota-carrying Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and first-/second-line sales leaders — alongside marketing, CS, and partnerships hiringRun effective, structured kickoff meetings and act as a trusted partner to hiring managersUnderstand the business goals and product direction to anticipate future talent needsDeliver a high-touch, transparent, and thoughtful candidate journey from first outreach to offer closeTrack pipeline health, funnel conversion, and sourcing yield; share insights to drive decision-making and process improvementsMapping competitors and niche pools, and crafting outreach that pulls in passive candidates who aren't looking and already have offers on the tableParticipate in strategic talent initiatives and help refine interviewing rubrics, scorecards, DEI sourcing approaches, and calibration processesSkills4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with time both spent at an external agency supporting cybersecurity or software development companies and internallyOwn the entire GTM req load end to end — intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview design, close, and offer negotiation — operating with full autonomy and accountability for the funnelStrong sourcing muscle: building target lists, engaging passive talent, and crafting outreach that convertsProven track record hiring enterprise/field sales in B2B SaaS, ideally spanning AEs, SEs, and sales leadershipComfortable operating in startup environments and ramping quickly on complex technical domainsNaturally curious, resourceful, and energized by uncovering hard-to-find talentA clear, confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leadersCompany OverviewApplication Security for the AI-Software Development Era It was founded in 2021, and is headquartered in Palo Alto, California, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
