They are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, EMEA to drive pipeline generation through digital marketing channels and support international expansion efforts.ResponsibilitiesPartner with channel experts to execute strategy and drive investment across our digital channels (Paid Search, Paid Social) across international markets (with focus on EMEA)Own and support international digital marketing budget allocation and report on performance and pipeline targetsAdapt to local language, content themes, messaging, and creative to support pipeline creation in target marketsGrow a database of decision-makers in top accounts to ensure marketing aircover to high-value prospectsMap and prioritize our TAM using a combination of first and third party sources, own target list creation in partnership with local BDR and Sales partners for target markets for use across our digital channelsAnalyze lead conversion and ROI and maximize top converting lead sources to support BDR and Sales effortsHelp grow our international strategy across established and emerging markets with local platforms and partners to supplement our global investmentsProvide visibility to sales leadership and sales ecosystem in region (i.e quarterly business reviews, digital roadmap, regional updates)Design and execute local campaigns: full lifecycle ownership from ideation through to implementation and supportCollaborate closely with field marketing and sales leaders across regions to ensure alignment and prioritization of digital marketing efforts for successSkills7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation roleDeep understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads) and tacticsExperience running advertising campaigns to international geos, and familiarity with the nuances in targeting, channel and content strategy across different geosExperience partnering with Business Development and Sales and owning a pipeline targetExperience partnering with creative and localization teams to support international campaignsData-driven and detail-oriented mindset to maximize ROASExperience managing digital marketing budgets and scaling to $1MPQ+ in ad spendBias towards aggressive experimentation and innovation to drive incremental performanceA self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environmentBonus: fluency in one or more non-English languagesBenefitsBase salary + bonus + equity + benefitsBonusEquityBenefitsLearn more about benefits at GoogleCompany OverviewWiz is a cloud security platform that facilitates collaboration between security, dev, and DevOps teams.
