As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will generate insights to drive lead acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective, measurable, and scalable initiatives.ResponsibilitiesContribute to company goals by empowering Marketing and Growth teams with data-driven insightsCreate and own all growth-related data models end to end, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency across the organisationBuild and refine multi-touch attribution models; design, implement, and analyse A/B tests focused on conversion optimisation at key points in the customer journey.
