The Senior Global Account Executive serves as a strategic advisor to multinational clients, focusing on driving renewal, win-back, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives across a global portfolio.ResponsibilitiesServe as the global relationship owner and trusted advisor for assigned multinational accounts, building strong executive-level relationships across regionsLead the identification, development, and advancement of AI and agentic workflow opportunities across the pipelineOwn end-to-end deal management, including global pricing strategy, negotiation, contracting, approvals, and execution for complex, multi-region agreementsNavigate complex stakeholder environments involving multiple decision-makers, geographies, products, and funding modelsLead global account planning, aligning regional account teams, pre-sales, Client Success, and other internal resources to ensure coordinated executionIdentify new global client needs and expansion opportunities by understanding client strategies, operating models, and regional prioritiesDevelop and maintain a robust, forecasted global pipeline to meet or exceed annual quota objectivesCollaborate closely with Client Success, Delivery, and Marketing to improve global retention, drive adoption, and execute business reviews and win-back initiativesBuild and sustain senior level relationships with hyperscalers and cloud ecosystem partners (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake), ensuring consistent executive alignment, governance, and strategic engagement across priority global accountsExecution of hyperscaler partnerships across the globe, collaboration cross functional teams (alliances, sales, marketing, and delivery) to convert global strategies into regional co sell motions, joint solutions, and account plans that drive pipeline growth and revenue impactPartner with pre-sales and solution specialists to deliver compelling, globally consistent proposals and recommendationsEnsure consistent and accurate account data, forecasts, and activity tracking in Salesforce (SFDC)Complete required certifications and comply with global sales governance and policiesSkillsBachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree PreferredMinimum 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, data/analytics, consulting, or services, including ownership of global or multi-region accountsDemonstrated ability to position and sell AI, data, and workflow-driven solutions to senior stakeholdersStrong track record of retaining and growing global accounts, meeting or exceeding revenue targets across multiple regionsDemonstrated success managing high-value, complex global clients with senior executive stakeholdersAbility to rapidly assess global client environments from a business, organizational, and technology perspectiveProven capability in managing complex global negotiations, contracts, and multi-country deal structuresExercises independent judgment in planning, prioritization, and execution; work is reviewed at critical milestonesHighly articulate with excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environmentProficiency in Microsoft Suite Skills and SFDCShow an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving successContinuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programsWhere applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working marketWillingness to travel internationally as requiredExperience partnering with or selling alongside hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) strongly preferredBenefitsGenerous paid time off in your first year, increasing with tenure.Up to 16 weeks 100% paid parental leave after one year of employment.Paid sick time to care for yourself or family members.Education assistance and extensive training resources.Do Good Program: Paid volunteer days & donation matching.Competitive 401k with company matching.Health & wellness benefits, including discounted Wellhub membership rates.Medical, dental & vision insurance for you, spouse/partner & dependents.This role is commission eligible.Company OverviewDun & Bradstreet offers business intelligence and data analytics solutions to support risk management, compliance, and growth strategies.
