This role involves designing, developing, and operating full stack cloud solutions while collaborating with various teams to create scalable web applications and improve product experiences.ResponsibilitiesDesign, Develop and Operate Full Stack Cloud Solutions and Services in an AWS Cloud Environment using a serverless-first and managed-service-first approach (React, TypeScript, AWS Lambda, NodeJS, Serverless Framework)Write Clean, maintainable and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standardsDevelop UI interfaces with React (hooks, functional components, context) with strong command of component composition, state management patterns, and render lifecycleDefine application infrastructure using an Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) approach, primarily with TerraformProvide hands-on technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutionsLead technical discussions to share knowledge and build consensus among engineers to develop the best possible solutionsMaintain DevOps processes and deployment pipelines to support the implementation and release of applications and new featuresSupport system migrations to the cloud by refactoring legacy systems and modernizing applications or integration services using cloud-native architectures and solutionsCollaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to align engineering efforts with business goals and user needsParticipate in product planning and roadmap discussions, contributing technical insights to influence product directionTake ownership of end-to-end feature development — from ideation and prototyping to deployment and continuous improvementLeverage analytics and user feedback to iterate on features and improve the overall product experienceMentor engineering team members in technical decision-making, code reviews, and adherence to engineering practices and standardsFoster a diverse and inclusive team culture while demonstrating a strong commitment to ***’s core valuesThe position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
