They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern applications for federal health IT solutions, utilizing technologies like Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Python, and PySparkBuild modern, responsive, accessible, and user-friendly front-end features for federal health IT applicationsDevelop and maintain back-end APIs, services, and integrations using Node.js and NestJSSupport ETL development and data processing workflows using Python and PySparkWork on applications that include a mix of front-end, back-end, API, database, and ETL technologiesCollaborate with architects, technical leads, product owners, business analysts, testers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality softwareParticipate in technical design discussions and contribute to implementation approaches that align with application architecture and program standardsTranslate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria into working softwareWrite clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following team standards and best practicesReview code, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain quality across the development teamTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stackSupport modernization of legacy systems and improvement of user experiences for CMS applicationsParticipate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, demos, and retrospectivesContribute to sprint commitments, release planning, and delivery of software incrementsSupport technical documentation, including design notes, API documentation, deployment notes, runbooks, and implementation guidanceEnsure documentation is stored and maintained according to program version control and knowledge management requirementsCollaborate with QA teams to support test planning, defect triage, and resolutionWork with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, environment troubleshooting, and release readinessRepresent development work in sprint demos and technical discussions with internal and client stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve application performance, maintainability, reliability, security, and scalabilityMentor other developers and help promote engineering best practices across the teamAdhere to Agile, iterative development, security, accessibility, and federal delivery practicesSupport process improvement activities that improve team productivity, software quality, and delivery predictabilitySkillsAbility to successfully obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designationMust reside in and be able to perform work in the United StatesMust have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 yearsBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience8+ years of application development experience3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, and Node.jsHands-on experience with NestJS or similar Node.js back-end frameworksExperience developing RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end servicesExperience working in Agile software delivery environmentsExperience supporting cloud-based application development, preferably in AWS environmentsExperience with Python and PySpark for ETL development, data transformation, and batch data processingExperience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar platformsExperience writing clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented codeExperience with unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and defect resolutionExperience with Git-based development workflows, branching strategies, pull requests, and version control best practicesExperience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience with AWS services used for application hosting, data processing, logging, monitoring, or deploymentExperience working in a SAFe Agile environment, including participation in PI Planning, sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectivesExperience using Agile collaboration tools such as Jira and ConfluenceAbility to analyze business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system needs to support effective technical implementationAbility to troubleshoot complex application issues across front-end, back-end, API, database, and ETL layersAbility to collaborate with architects and technical leads on solution design, technical approaches, and implementation planningAbility to mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, technical guidance, and best practicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to effectively communicate with management, peers, customers, and cross-functional teamsMust be detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced delivery environmentKnowledge of healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, or
