They are seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to design and build AI-powered applications, particularly focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, while collaborating with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy AI-powered applications from concept to productionArchitect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for real-world business use casesDevelop scalable backend services and modern frontend experiencesBuild and optimize document ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and evaluation pipelinesSelect and implement vector database solutions based on client requirementsCollaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutionsEvaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate best practices into delivery effortsContribute to architecture decisions, technical strategy, and engineering standards within a fast-growing startup environmentSkills5+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong full-stack development experience building production applicationsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying RAG-based AI solutionsExperience with multiple vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, pgvector, or similar technologiesDeep understanding of document chunking, embedding strategies, retrieval techniques, reranking, and search optimizationExperience integrating LLMs into customer-facing products and workflowsStrong backend development skills with modern APIs and cloud-native architecturesExperience deploying and operating applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP environmentsAbility to discuss technical tradeoffs and architectural decisions with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPrior consulting or client-facing experienceExperience working within startups or high-growth environmentsFamiliarity with AI evaluation frameworks, observability, and production monitoringExperience with agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and advanced retrieval techniquesExposure to multi-tenant SaaS architecturesBenefitsOffering an attractive equity packageCompany OverviewTenth Revolution Group is the global leader in cloud talent solutions, uniquely equipped to deliver digital transformation through people.
