[Remote] Senior Flutter Mobile Developer

ESHYFT is a technology company focused on connecting nurses to healthcare facilities to provide necessary care to vulnerable populations. The Senior Flutter Mobile Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications, ensuring they are responsive and scalable. Responsibilities • Design and build scalable applications for various platforms using Flutter • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Write unit and integration tests to ensure usability and reliability of applications. • Monitor the performance of live apps and work on optimizing them. • Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes. • Understand end-user requirements and translate these into effective mobile solutions. • Attend regular meetings with the development team to discuss progress and concerns • Ensure the latest industry trends and technology advancements are considered and applied in development processes. Ensure the implementation of security best practices. • Work with backend developers to ensure seamless integration with RESTful APIs. Skills • 7+ years of experience with mobile development, with 5+ years experience in Flutter • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. • Strong grasp of both the Dart and JavaScript/TypeScript languages. • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs • Knowledge of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for mobile. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
