[Remote] Senior Financial Solutions Advisor

The Senior Financial Solutions Advisor is responsible for driving new client acquisition for BELAY’s Financial Solutions division, focusing on generating, developing, and closing new business opportunities for financial service offerings.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnershipsConduct consultative discovery conversations to identify client needs and align BELAY’s financial solutions with business goalsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and closeBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targetsDevelop and maintain referral relationships with CPAs, financial advisors, business consultants, and other strategic partnersCollaborate with Marketing and internal stakeholders to support lead conversion and market growth initiativesTravel regularly within the assigned territory to support client meetings, networking opportunities, partner relationship development, and other business activitiesDeliver virtual and in-person presentations and business discussions to executive-level decision-makersMaintain an understanding of accounting, finance, and business operations to effectively position BELAY’s servicesUtilize Salesforce, Gong Engage, or similar platforms to manage pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate customer recordsSkills3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in financial services, accounting services, financial technology, ERP, bookkeeping, payroll, CFO advisory, or related industriesDemonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and performance goalsExperience generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound business development activitiesExperience selling consultative, relationship-based solutions involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cyclesWorking knowledge of accounting and financial management conceptsExperience developing referral partnerships that support recurring revenue growthProficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms preferredStrong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, follow through on commitments, and maintain attention to detailAbility to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities effectivelyProficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms preferredBenefitsFull-time remote workAs a full-time, exempt W-2 employeeJoin a vibrant, award-winning company cultureRegular local travel within the assigned territoryOccasional travel for company meetings, training, or conferencesCompany OverviewBELAY is a Virtual Staffing Solutions company that offers virtual bookkeeping, administrative assistance, social media strategy service.
