[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Operations

As a Senior Financial Analyst in the Operations Finance team, you will manage supply chain expense forecasting, conduct variance analysis, and support financial planning processes while collaborating with supply chain leaders.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Supply Chain leaders to support contract evaluation and cost savings initiativesDevelop and update financial operating dashboards by commodity to report/review key metrics with supply chain leadersAssist in updating financial forecasts to reflect changes in supply chain operationsDemonstrate advanced financial modeling skills, be proactive and work independently with the different teams while leveraging and expanding a diverse team of embedded analystsWork with key stakeholders and finance team members to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the financial planning process, assumptions, and resultsProject reporting on budgets, actuals, forecasts, and variancesAid in projects complying with governance, project delivery processes and project reporting standardsSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalentMinimum 5 years of financial analyst experienceStrong interpersonal skills - effective business partnerExcellent organization, attention to detail, analytical, and abstract reasoning skillsAbility to work in a results-oriented, project-driven, real-time team environment, prioritize projects, and deliver quality results within tight time constraintsAbility to thrive in a dynamic business environment that requires rapid learning, multitasking, and prioritization of deliverablesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel and PowerPointHybrid position based in Wilmington, MA office (2 days a week)Up to 10% travel may be required.
