This role will provide comprehensive financial support for complex sales opportunities and drive process improvements while collaborating with various departments within the organization.ResponsibilitiesServe as primary Finance partner to ASC Regional Managers; advise on deal economics, structure, risks, and approvalsLead financial modeling and evaluation for new deals and amendments, ensuring deal completeness, accuracy and profitabilityTrack deals end-to-end to ensure timely close, proper approvals, and alignment to forecastMaintain accurate pipeline and forecast files; proactively identify and communicate forecast risk or slippagePartner with Sales, Pricing, Flex Financial, Legal, Contracts, Operations, Marketing, and Divisional Finance to advance deals efficientlySupport month-end forecast, reporting and close activitiesOwn consistent, organized deal documentation accessible to Finance and commercial partnersDrive process improvements to reduce cycle time, rework, and manual effort; support adoption of ASC Finance initiatives and toolsSkillsBachelor's degreeMinimum 2 years of professional experienceWorking knowledge of forecasting and financial reports: product pricing experience preferredWorking knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and validation preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and Salesforce preferredCompany OverviewStryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with our customers, we are driven to make healthcare better.
