[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with SG&A leaders and the FP&A team to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, delivering insights on SG&A performance and maintaining forecasting accuracy.ResponsibilitiesServe as an FP&A business partner to SG&A leaders (e.g., People Operations, IT, Facilities, Legal, Accounting, Strategic Operations), supporting day-to-day financial analysis and decision-makingPlay a key role in annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes, including ownership of SG&A forecasts and assumptionsPrepare and analyze monthly financial performance against annual plan and prior year, identifying key drivers and variancesContribute to monthly executive and board reporting, including preparation of slides, analyses, and written commentaryBuild and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting in Excel and Adaptive Planning, incorporating operational data from systems such as SalesforceWork with large and complex datasets across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrityPrepare recurring and ad hoc internal reporting and analysis for FP&A leadership and senior stakeholdersSupport broader FP&A initiatives, cross-functional projects, and continuous improvement efforts as neededSkills4–7 years of relevant financial experience, preferably in FP&A, corporate finance, or related rolesBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldAdvanced Excel skills, including building and maintaining complex financial models, and experience with financial reporting and forecasting tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, BI)Strong understanding of financial statements, U.S. GAAP, and core finance principlesExcellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance partnersStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a matrixed organizationTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to support broader FP&A deliverablesMBA or CPA a plusBenefitsIn addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.Company OverviewWith almost 30 years of expertise, a best-in-the-business team and unrivaled access to data and analytics, Trinity is a modern partner to companies in the life sciences industry.
