The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to perform complex financial and business-related analysis and prepare forecasts. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and acting as a business advisor for assigned cost centers.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes past and present financial data of an organization and estimates future revenues and expenditures, applying principles of financeConducts financial analysis, analyzes P&L statements, and prepares accurate and timely reportsGenerates forecasts to analyze financial trends and research impact of decisions and ROIPerform complex analysis of data and identify and communicate trends, data manipulation, and report generationAdminister financial, statistical and marketing projectsIdentify and propose solutions to inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimizationDevelop, generate and maintain monthly financial and statistical reports for internal and external distributionPrepare annual budget for assigned cost centers including projections of revenue and expense, FTE and clinic/physician productivity measurements. Analyze monthly financial and statistical performance compared to budget.
