[Remote] Senior Financial Accountant

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will handle general accounting responsibilities, particularly in expense and balance sheet accounts, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accuracy in all assigned tasks.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in monthly and quarterly close-related activities including the preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysesSupport the management of lease accounting schedules in compliance with ASC 842, including processing routine expirations, renewals, and period-end adjustmentsMaintain and update corporate debt schedules for various debt instruments and credit facilities, including tracking interest accruals and fee calculations, as assignedOversee or support the fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization reviews, depreciation tracking, roll-forwards, and retirement processing in accordance with corporate policyPrepare disclosure schedules for quarterly and annual financial filingsPartner with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Tax, Internal Audit, and Legal to streamline financial workflows and solve operational challengesParticipate in departmental projects and initiativesPerform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
