They are seeking a Senior Finance Systems Manager to lead strategic initiatives across their Workday Financial Management environment, focusing on optimizing and enhancing Workday capabilities across Finance and related business units.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and enhancement of complex Workday Finance solutionsPartner closely with Finance, Operations, Payroll, Technology, and business stakeholders to improve processes and system functionalityDrive operational improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable ERP solutionsOversee Workday enhancements, testing cycles, upgrades, support tickets, and release activitiesTranslate business requirements into effective functional and technical solutionsManage and mentor a team responsible for ongoing Workday support and optimizationSupport governance, change management, documentation, and continuous improvement effortsAct as a key liaison between technical teams and business leadershipSkillsStrong background within Workday Finance modules and ERP operations7+ years of Workday experience across configuration, sustainment, or implementation10+ years of overall business systems or operational experience3+ years of leadership or people management experienceDeep understanding of FDM, Cash & Banking, Financial Accounting, Budgets, etcExperience with integrations, EIBs, testing, and system optimizationStrong accounting and finance process knowledgeCPA and/or Workday certificationsCompany OverviewNext Ventures is a multi-award winning, global I.T recruitment business, supplying specialist project teams to the Large Enterprise.
