Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Interface directly with clients to provide financial education and guidance
ā¢ Identify and prioritize key opportunities for growth and development
ā¢ Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients
ā¢ Attend weekly training sessions on Zoom to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
ā¢ Utilize Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and provide financial analysis and illustrations
Requirements:
ā¢ Valid Social Security Number (US Citizen or Green Card holder)
ā¢ 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
ā¢ 3+ years of customer interaction experience in any industry
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Great organizational and management skills
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Ability to work across various lines of business
ā¢ Education or healthcare background
ā¢ Exposure to financial markets
