[Remote] Senior Finance Analyst, Sales Finance

Kevin’s Natural Foods is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Finance Analyst, Sales Finance to serve as the primary finance business partner to the Sales organization. This role will own key elements of sales planning, forecasting, customer performance and gross-to-net reporting, and trade investment financial management to drive profitable growth.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary finance partner to Sales and cross-functional commercial teams to drive decision-making and performance management, translating strategy to plans/targetsOversee the end-to-end management of trade funds, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reportingLead monthly customer business reviews, annual planning, and monthly forecasting of volume and Gross-to-netEnsure the financial accuracy of period end accruals and support month-end reporting and analysis of price, volume and mix (channel, customer, product category) impactsSupport deductions/claims visibility, and promotional financial tracking in TPMBuild and maintain customer P&Ls at contribution margin level to improve commercial decisions and prioritization of investmentSupport new opportunity analysis, innovation, customer negotiations and trade terms with financial modeling, insights and risk assessmentOther duties as assigned or necessarySkillsBachelor's degree5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Finance / FP&A supporting Sales within CPGStrong command of trade spend, planning/forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelingProven ability to influence cross-functional leaders and communicate effectively with executivesExperience supporting Sales organizations and customer-facing commercial teamsExperience with TPM tools, with advanced excel and financial modeling capabilitiesStrong commercial and financial acumenStrong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyMBA preferredBenefitsOffers BonusBenefitsCompany OverviewKevin's Natural Foods is a maker of entrees, sides, sauces and seasoning blends.
