They are seeking a Senior Field Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of the Mid-Market business, partnering with sales leadership to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the sales team.ResponsibilitiesServe as the operational backbone of the Mid-Market businessâowning day-to-day execution while acting as a strategic partner to the Sales LeadersPartner with Regional Directors and AVPs to strengthen forecasting, track team performance and productivity, and support ad-hoc reporting needsProactively identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable improvement initiativesBuild and maintain sales KPIs; drive the rhythm of the business through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reportingManage pipeline reviews, weekly forecasting, QBRs, and business intelligence workstreams; surface Salesforce feedback to improve scalability and reporting accuracyOwn operational workstreams end-to-end, building and running AI-powered workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and scale across the businessSupport territory planning, account segmentation, and equitable AE territory design in partnership with sales leadershipEnforce Salesforce data hygiene standardsâensuring account ownership, opportunity accuracy, and field-level consistency across the Mid-Market book of businessDeliver sales operational training across Salesforce best practices, CPQ, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and OutreachServe as the cross-functional SME for escalations across quoting, pricing, deal management, tooling and sales processChampion the sales team cross-functionally partnering with Marketing, Finance Sales Ops, and IT to drive scalability and efficiencySkills7+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Analyst role preferably in SaaS or CybersecurityMust have knowledge and experience with complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, and an understanding of workflowsThe ability to own and manage projects in alignment with business needsExceptional quantitative and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills (i.e. sumifs, index/match and vlookup, table formulas, pivot tables, etc.)Background with Sales Systems, specifically Salesforce.com, but also Salesforce CPQ, ZoomInfo, Maps, Clearbit, UserGems, Sales Navigator, People.aiStrength in researching, understanding, distilling and communicating complex business issues, ideas and analyzing business impactProactive mindset, willing to see something that needs to be done and provide suggested solutions to get it doneEnjoys working with numbers, and taking an analytical approach to solving problemsBenefitsBonus or incentive compensationEquityA comprehensive benefits packageCompany OverviewAbnormal AI is the leading AI-native human behavior security platform.
