The Senior Enterprise Systems Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the strategy and execution of business intelligence capabilities, working cross-functionally to enhance existing capabilities and implement new functionalities.ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain a product roadmap for area of ownership, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to identify problems, define outcomes, and translate them into use cases and requirementsLead enhancements to existing functionality and implementation of new capabilities, including net-new modules or applicationsStay current on upcoming releases, ecosystem trends, and emerging technologies and bring forward innovative ideas that improve efficiency, user experience, and business valueClearly communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs, connecting technical solutions to business outcomesCollaborate with admins, developers, and architects to ensure solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with broader system architectureFacilitate discovery sessions, gather business needs, document use cases, and guide stakeholders through feature evaluations and delivery planningWrite and manage high-quality epics and user stories; lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritizationMonitor key metrics (e.g., story completion, defect rates, scope stability, user adoption, post-launch results) to inform iteration and improvementEnsure system workflows align with internal policies, compliance needs, and operational requirementsLead initiatives that improve data quality, consistency, and usability, reducing manual effort and increasing trust in reportingLeverage AI and automation to accelerate the delivery of insights, reduce manual data work, and improve speed to valueContribute to cross-functional initiatives and support additional responsibilities as neededOther duties as requiredSkillsBachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field and least 7 years of experience in technical solutions product management within a SaaS environment or related management consulting, including at least 4 years focused on data solutions; or an acceptable combination of education and experienceExperience managing product roadmaps and leading both incremental improvements and greenfield implementations within enterprise systemsStrong understanding of business intelligence concepts and business processes, with the ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholdersExperience working with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite and translating operational data into business insightsExperience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or similar) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)Familiarity with AI, automation, or advanced analytics use cases and how they can be applied to improve speed and effectiveness of data deliveryAgile experience required (Scrum or SAFe); Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferredSelf-starter with strong collaboration, prioritization, and communication skillsWillingness and ability to travel up to 20%Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)BenefitsMultiple health, dental, and vision plans, including medical plans with zero employee premiums401k plan with a company match16 paid holidays, which include 2 floating holidays and a winter shutdown from Christmas Eve through New Year’s DayPaid Time OffComprehensive maternity and fertility/family building benefitsPaid bonding leave when a new child joins your familyAccess to on-demand mental health resourcesLife and short and long-term disability insurancePre-tax savings plansPaid volunteer time offA wide variety of professional development programs, including tuition reimbursementWork from home opportunities that foster work/life balanceEligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performanceCompany OverviewImagine Learning provides digital-first curriculum solutions.
