[Remote] Senior Enterprise Account Manager (MedInsight)

The company is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships with large healthcare organizations, focusing on health plans and payer entities to drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise level clients, developing a deep understanding of their strategic objectives, operational context, and analytics needsEstablish and maintain executive-level relationships within payer organizations, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and mutual valueLead regular client meetings, QBRs, and planning sessions to ensure alignment, value realization, and satisfactionIdentify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, including upsell, cross-sell, and renewalsCollaborate with Sales and Product teams to craft tailored proposals and solution strategies based on evolving client needsMaintain a deep understanding of MedInsight’s product offerings to communicate value effectively and identify the right-fit solutions for each clientServe as the voice of the client internally, working closely with Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and issue resolutionProvide actionable feedback from clients to guide product enhancements and innovationHelp define and refine best practices and account management processes across the Client Services teamProvide guidance to clients on how to best leverage MedInsight’s healthcare analytics tools and services incorporating industry expertise to support executive strategiesInterpret client executive analytic needs and help translate them into solutions using MedInsight’s capabilitiesSkills7+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic consulting, ideally within healthcare analytics, healthcare technology, or servicesStrong knowledge of the payer landscape and healthcare ecosystem, including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, commercial health plans, TPAs, and ACOsProven track record managing large, complex accounts and successfully driving client satisfaction, retention, and growthDemonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels, including senior executives and technical leadersExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical thinking with the ability to understand and communicate data-driven insights in a meaningful wayBachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAHIMS, CPXP) preferredDigital Sales Experience: CRM, Client Digital Sales Rooms, Project Management Software, Call Recording, and other digital sales software as neededExperience working directly with healthcare data platforms, population health tools, or analytics applications (e.g., cost of care, quality measurement, utilization management)Familiarity with key industry metrics and frameworks, such as HEDIS, population health, risk adjustment, and value-based payment modelsPrior experience in a consulting firm, health plan, or health tech organization strongly preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision – Coverage for employees, dependents, and domestic partners.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Confidential support for personal and work-related challenges.401(k) Plan – Includes a company matching program and profit-sharing contributions.Discretionary Bonus Program – Recognizing employee contributions.Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) – Pre-tax savings for dependent care, transportation, and eligible medical expenses.Paid Time Off (PTO) – Begins accruing on the first day of work.
