[Remote] Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Health Systems Partnerships)

They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to manage relationships with top-tier health systems, navigate complex sales cycles, and position Cadence as the partner of choice for remote care and chronic disease management.ResponsibilitiesOwn a named account list of leading health systems and IDNs; develop and execute a territory plan to drive net new logo acquisition, and build pipeline through executive outreach, conference presence, referrals, and partnership with Cadence's clinical and marketing teamsRepresent Cadence at key industry events and leverage each touchpoint into active opportunitiesEngage CMOs, CNOs, CFOs, VP/SVP Primary Care leaders, and Medical Directors to build multi-threaded relationships within target accounts; lead discovery to understand each health system's strategic priorities, chronic care gaps, and revenue cycle pressures then tailor Cadence's value story accordinglyNavigate complex procurement cycles involving clinical, IT, legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders; drive consensus across a diverse buying committeeLead compelling executive presentations and product demonstrations that connect Cadence's capabilities to each system's specific goals, and articulate Cadence's revenue-generating model clearly and confidently to both clinical and financial stakeholdersPresent customized ROI models demonstrating net new revenue and total cost of care impact; position Cadence's Epic integration as a key differentiator reducing administrative burden and driving physician adoptionPartner closely with Implementation, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and successful launches; provide market feedback to Product and Marketing to shape roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategySkills7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong preference for health system, IDN, or large medical group salesProven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (6-7 figure ACV) with long sales cyclesDeep familiarity with health system economics: physician compensation models, value-based care contracts, Medicare reimbursement, and revenue cycleExperience selling into physician leadership (CMOs, Medical Directors, Department Chiefs) as well as administrative and operational executivesStrong command of Epic's workflows and how technology integration affects physician adoptionFluency with AI research and productivity tools and the ability to evaluate AI-driven insights critically, distinguishing signal from noise in a fast-moving information environmentBackground in remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, virtual care, or population healthExisting relationships with decision-makers at leading health systems or IDNsExperience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment; comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindsetBenefitsCompetitive pay & equity*Fully remoteComprehensive health coverage: medical, dental & visionPaid time off401k plan + matchingPaid parental leaveHome office stipendCompany OverviewCadence is the support system for health systems, clinicians and patients, bringing effortless care into people’s homes.
