This role involves providing subject matter expertise, leading design workshops, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance SAP Master Data solutions within the Pharmaceutical Segment.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership in planning and sequencing end-to-end design workshops, supporting facilitation by leveraging industry best practices and extensive global SAP implementation experienceLead and direct teams during problem-solving and crisis managementIdentify gaps between business requirements and current solutions and develop options and cost estimates to bridge those gapsDrive and guide the implementation team, facilitating integration and defining solutions for SAP Master DataOffer architecture recommendations, analyzing options and their pros/cons for potential changes to SAP Master Data / MDG initiatives and functional solutionsResponsible for process design, configuration, testing assistance, requirements gathering, and establishing a fully functional MDG environmentCollaborate with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to create detailed technical architecture patterns for master data initiativesConduct workshops to capture and document business requirements for SAP MDGPartner with business stakeholders to develop innovative solutions addressing business challenges and opportunitiesAuthor technical documentation, modify existing code, conduct code reviews, and perform data fixes and testingDemonstrate expertise in functional integration by collaborating with business users to document requirements, create functional specifications, and support functional, regression, and UAT testingPartner with Enterprise Architecture teams for product selection, capability roadmaps, and governance processesMonitor and manage proactive maintenance of application platform environmentsSupport and lead prioritization meetings for enhancements and defect resolution with functional partnersProvide functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and instruction to stakeholdersMaintain an enterprise-wide perspective and guide others to understand the broader implications of decision-makingInterface with business solution teams and partners for operational platform events and solution design needs.
