This role is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and support of complex clinical systems, ensuring compliance with regulations while enhancing workflows and user training.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert support for Epic applications (Radiant), resolving complex issues with minimal disruption to workflowsExecute strategic maintenance for Epic, overseeing updates and collaborating to identify optimization opportunitiesDevise and implement advanced solutions to align Epic EHR with progressive healthcare practices. Lead seamless implementation of cutting-edge Epic features, modules, and updatesManage or co-manage Radiant and Cupid projects, ensuring successful delivery within specified timelinesFacilitate collaboration between clinical and technical teams within the Epic framework. Foster effective communication and knowledge exchange to enhance team synergyMaintain meticulous documentation of Epic configurations, workflows, and user manuals.
