This role involves ensuring that instructional content is pedagogically sound and aligned with educational standards while also providing mentorship and oversight of instructional standards.ResponsibilitiesInstructional Standards Oversight: Review and improve the guidelines that govern how the AI explains concepts, designs lesson plans, and creates assessmentsQuality Auditing: Perform detailed reviews of educational content to ensure it meets professional standards for scaffolding, cognitive demand, and clarityContent Alignment: Ensure all materials are appropriately calibrated for the target audience’s developmental level (e.g., ensuring a 5th-grade science lesson doesn't use graduate-level vocabulary)Expert Mentorship: Act as the final point of escalation for complex questions regarding curriculum mapping or assessment designSkillsEducation: Ed.D., Ph.D., or master's degree in education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a specialized academic disciplineExperience: 20+ years in the education sector.
