The Senior Editorial Manager, US Analytical Content, leads a team focused on delivering high-quality analytical content while driving modernized editorial practices and AI integration. This role is crucial for content growth, delivery efficiency, and ensuring readiness for AI-powered products.ResponsibilitiesExecute the strategic roadmap for content portfolio delivery and enhancement, balancing revenue growth with disciplined cost management, including close oversight of author fee budgetDevelop a high-performing editorial team, ensuring strong practice area coverage across internal teams and external expert authors while fostering accountability, adaptability, and continuous learningDrive answer quality for L+AI experiences by ensuring analytical content performs effectively within agentic content solutions, partnering with Product and Technology to improve accuracy, relevance, and explainability of AI-generated outputs through strong editorial standards and feedback loopsLead implementation of AI-enabled content creation and updating workflows, setting clear expectations for effective human-in-the-loop review, quality standards, and appropriate use of editorial judgmentEnsure content readiness for AI-powered products by driving consistency, structure, metadata quality, and adherence to harmonized global standardsSpearhead performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operating health, validate decisions, and drive continuous improvement across content quality, speed, and efficiencyPartner closely with Commercial, Product, Technology, Content Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Segment teams to identify new content opportunities and enhance the customer experienceSkillsJuris Doctor (JD) required; practice experience preferredExperience in legal content (or adjacent knowledge/content businesses), including at least 7 years' experience managing a team with strong coaching orientation and ability to drive accountability and change in matrixed organizationsHands-on experience deploying AI in workflows (content/knowledge domain preferred), translating use cases into scalable operating models with a focus on measuring impact on quality, throughput, and riskExperience leading AI adoption and driving sustained workflow with clear resultsStrong communication skills; comfortable creating and delivering executive-ready presentationsStrong data and analytics proficiency, including using Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) to build scalable reporting, diagnose performance drivers, and guide operational and quality decisions with dataBenefitsWe offer an appealing working prospect for our people.With numerous wellbeing initiatives, shared parental leave, and study assistance, we will help you meet your immediate responsibilities and your long-term goals.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.Country specific benefits.
