They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and own end-to-end workflows or features in healthcare applications using .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, and SQL Server.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Own and deliver end-to-end workflows/features : design ā development ā testing ā deployment ā support
ā¢ Build full-stack solutions using C#, .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
ā¢ Apply object-oriented design, clean architecture, SOLID, and design patterns (DI, Repository, Factory)
ā¢ Develop RESTful APIs and FHIR-compliant APIs ; integrate SMART on FHIR apps with EMRs
ā¢ Build cloud solutions using Azure Functions, App Service, Service Bus (Queues), Storage, App Configuration, Key Vault
ā¢ Follow secure coding practices ; manage secrets and certificates via Azure Key Vault
ā¢ Use Git and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and SDLC management
ā¢ Write unit & integration tests : xUnit, Jest, Jasmine, Karma
ā¢ Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance via Application Insights
ā¢ Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure maintainability
Skills
ā¢ Senior Full Stack development with end-to-end workflow/feature ownership
ā¢ EMR/EHR integration experience
ā¢ Strong knowledge of FHIR standards, SMART on FHIR, and healthcare interoperability
ā¢ Troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
ā¢ Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code following design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices
ā¢ Experience with .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, and SQL Server
