[Remote] Senior Director, Strategic Partnership Management & Program Operations

Pathstream is looking for a Senior Director of Strategic Partnership Management & Program Operations to own and grow their strategic relationship with a Fortune 50 client. This high-visibility role involves managing client relationships, guiding operations and marketing teams, and identifying opportunities for program improvement.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary day-to-day point of contact for our Fortune 50 client stakeholders β building trusted relationships at multiple levels and translating their feedback and requirements into internal actionIdentify, pursue, and grow relationships with relevant business partners to support the programRepresent Pathstream's interests confidently and diplomatically; navigate competing priorities with clarity and careDraft and review internal and external communications related to the client relationship β from executive updates to partner-facing summariesDirectly guide our operations and marketing teams on an ongoing basis β diagnosing what's driving or inhibiting recruitment, program completion, user engagement, and job placement, and directing team focus accordinglyTrack program performance closely: understand the data, identify insights, and ensure the team is intervening effectively when metrics need attention.
