They are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Senior Director β Sales, AAS to drive new business and new logo growth for their Service Industries portfolio, combining direct sales execution with team leadership. Responsibilities β’ Personally prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities ('new logos') across utilities, telecom, media, tech, retail, travel, and hospitality sectors β’ Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team new business targets β’ Develop and execute tactical go-to-market plans to drive pipeline growth and accelerate deal velocity β’ Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, modeling best-in-class sales behaviors β’ Oversee accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking for self and team β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction β’ Ensure compliance with pricing and contract standards β’ Report sales metrics, market trends, and strategic opportunities to J.D. Power leadership β’ Champion J.D. Power's values by making the complex simple, starting with trust, and proving it every day Skills β’ Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred β’ 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with a track record of new business development and team leadership β’ Demonstrated success in direct selling and managing sales professionals β’ Expertise in Salesforce.com, Excel, and PowerPoint β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and tactical execution skills β’ Willingness to travel in North America as needed β’ Experience selling into the utilities and telecom industries preferred Company Overview β’ J.D.
