The role involves bridging high-level program strategy with execution, developing a standardized program delivery manual, and managing a high-performing program execution team.ResponsibilitiesPartner with SLS pre-development team to develop a standardized, repeatable program delivery manual that codifies how SLS runs programs end-to-endDevelop the staffing plan and program organizational structure required to scale program delivery across the portfolioHire, mentor, and manage a high-performing program execution teamOversee GC negotiations, buyout, and assist with the development of program-level budgets and schedulesProactively oversee and maintain the program risk log and integrated program schedulesReview recurring GC reporting (health, budget, and schedule) to ensure strict alignment with the program 'Plan of Record.'Develop broad teams with multiple individual functions for optimizing team performance in the day-to-day as well as plan the teams' growth trajectoryCompany contractual obligations associated with program delivery, organizational structure, P&L and associated risksSkills10+ years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or equivalent experienceDemonstrated success delivering multi-regional, program-level data center portfoliosProven experience in program development, team building, and program managementStrong negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly articulate program risks, progress, and decisionsSharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess transaction details, identify risks, and make informed decisionsStrong organizational and leadership capabilitiesThorough understanding of business processes and strategy developmentBackground in commercial real estate development managementCompany OverviewSLS Consultants offers project and construction management services, focusing on preconstruction, cost estimating, and scheduling.
