They are seeking a Senior Director of Growth to lead paid acquisition strategies across their portfolio of DTC brands, focusing on optimizing customer acquisition efficiency and modernizing growth workflows using AI.ResponsibilitiesPaid acquisition strategy: Full ownership of growth strategy across Meta, Google Search, YouTube, and other paid channelsMedia buying systems: Campaign structure, testing frameworks, budget allocation, audience strategy, bid strategy, and optimization systemsAcquisition economics: CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, contribution margin, and overall acquisition efficiency across the portfolioCreative feedback loops: Partnering closely with Creative teams to improve testing velocity, creative quality, iteration systems, and performance insightsAttribution and reporting: Improving reporting infrastructure, attribution systems, forecasting models, and decision-making frameworksAI-enabled growth operations: Redesigning campaign management, reporting, analysis, and optimization workflows using AI tools and automationAgency and vendor management: Managing external partners where relevant while maintaining strong internal ownership of strategy and execution qualityTeam leadership: Raising the operational and analytical standards of the Growth organization while helping develop a stronger bench of talent internallySkillsDeep paid acquisition expertise. You've managed meaningful spend across Meta and Google and understand how to scale consumer brands without losing efficiencyStrong operator instincts. You know how to identify what actually moves performance and where teams waste time or complexityAnalytical sophistication. You're comfortable living inside performance data, attribution models, and forecasting frameworksCreative judgment. You understand the relationship between media buying and creative performance, and you know how to help teams improve bothAI fluency. You actively use AI tooling to improve workflows, analysis, execution speed, and team leverageHands-on mentality. You still want to be close to the work—not just overseeing it from a distanceCross-functional leadership.
