They are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead their go-to-market strategies, drive demand generation, and enhance lifecycle engagement while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations.ResponsibilitiesOwn marketing’s contribution to both new business and expansion pipelinesPartner with Sales to align campaigns across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segmentsOrchestrate paid digital (search, social, display) and channel distributionObsess over lead quality, funnel conversion, and CAC efficiencyBuild and scale robust lifecycle marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiativesCollaborate with Account Management to drive retention, upsells, and cross-sell engagementPartner with Product Marketing to turn positioning into executable, multi-channel campaignsEnsure messaging is consistent and product priorities are seamlessly integrated into pipeline generationDefine funnel metrics and attribution models in partnership with RevOpsUse data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform future GTM investment decisionsGuide and grow a high-performing team across Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, CRM/Lifecycle, and Marketing OperationsSkills10+ years of progressive marketing leadership in high-growth SaaS, ecommerce, or marketplace environmentsDeep functional mastery of demand generation, performance marketing, and lifecycle/CRM marketingA strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics, specifically the interplay between B2B and B2CYou understand revenue drivers and business economics.
