The Senior Director, Growth will drive revenue growth and lead a business development team focused on multi-site facility services, collaborating with enterprise clients to design scalable and efficient service solutions.ResponsibilitiesOwn enterprise-level sales for integrated, multi-site facility services solutions across national and regional client portfoliosDevelop and execute growth strategies targeting clients with distributed footprints, focusing on standardization, scalability, and cost efficiencyBuild and manage a strong pipeline of large, complex, multi-location opportunitiesLead consultative solutioning, translating fragmented operational needs into scalable service models aligned to client KPIs and P&L outcomesEstablish and grow relationships with senior stakeholders across real estate, procurement, facilities, and operations functionsStructure and lead complex contract negotiations, including SLAs, KPIs, pricing models, and performance-based agreementsPartner cross-functionally with operations, estimating, procurement, and service delivery teams to ensure solutions are executable at scaleLead and develop a team of business development professionals, driving performance, accountability, and capability in complex solution sellingEnsure disciplined sales execution, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal governanceStay engaged through implementation and transition phases to ensure successful onboarding of large multi-site contractsSkillsYou bring a strong combination of enterprise sales expertise, commercial leadership, and the ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder environments10+ years of experience in complex B2B services environments, including senior leadership in growth or business development rolesDirect experience selling facility services, real estate services, or outsourced operations to multi‑site clientsA proven track record of closing large, multi‑location contracts (often $5M+ annually)Deep experience in solution‑based selling, with the ability to move beyond transactional approachesStrong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, contract structuring, and margin managementExperience working with hybrid delivery models, including self‑perform and vendor networksA leadership style focused on coaching, performance management, and building high‑performing teamsThe ability to translate operational complexity into clear, scalable service modelsStrong collaboration skills, working across sales, operations, and delivery functionsA bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experienceFlexibility to travel based on client and portfolio needsBenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefits package including 401k, medical, dental, vision, paid time off.Fully Remote work model.Award winning safety culture.Be part of a growing organization with a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence.Supportive team environment with room to grow together.Certified as a Great Place to Work 2025-2026!Company OverviewDexterra Group provides facilities management and operations, workforce accommodations, modular solutions, forestry and energy services.
