[Remote] Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis will oversee financial planning and forecasting while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, enhancing decision-making through data-driven insights and financial modeling.ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the company’s 3-statement financial model, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and usability for scenario planningLead the rolling P&L forecast and weekly cash flow forecasting processesPartner with the CFO to lead the annual budgeting process across all functionsAnalyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actionable insights to support capital allocation decisionsPrepare monthly private equity reporting packages and quarterly Board materialsSupport bank covenant reporting and lender communicationsServe as the Finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive accountability and performanceWork closely with Accounting to ensure an accurate and efficient monthly close processLead and support Finance Transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and adoption of AI/ML toolsDevelop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytics to improve visibility and decision-making across the organizationSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or other quantitative field10+ years of progressive Finance experience, with at least 7 years of FP&A and financial modeling experienceExceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong proficiency in data analytics and visualization toolsAdvanced PowerPoint skills with experience preparing executive and Board-level materialsDemonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong systems orientation with a proactive interest in leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to drive efficiencies and insightsExposure to wholesale, retail, or e-commerce business models strongly preferredExperience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similarExperience with financial planning tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive, Datarails) preferredBenefitsPerformance Based BonusMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePrescription PlansCompany Paid Basic Life InsuranceCompany Paid Accidental Death & Disability (AD&D)Company Paid Short-Term & Long-Term Disability401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchingPaid HolidaysPaid Time OffEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Discounts ProgramDevelopment & Training OpportunitiesCompany OverviewFounded in 1907, Fromm International is passionate about beauty and creates prestige hair tools with our consumers in mind.
