[Remote] Senior Director - Finance and Accounting Transformation Services

They are seeking a Senior Practice Engagement Manager to drive sales growth for Finance and Accounting Transformation Services, collaborating with experts to acquire new clients and enhance revenue from existing ones.ResponsibilitiesBuilding strong relationships with CFOs, Group controllers and GBS leaders and ensuring their alignment and commitment to Infosys solution and capabilityBeing a trusted transformation partner for CXOs and helping them achieve their strategic objectivesCo-leading the Finance and Accounting (F&A)/GBS transformation bids with the Sales anchor and ensuring the quality and competitiveness of the proposalBeing part of the senior governance team for transformation projects and ensuring their successful deliveryCreating and delivering high-quality content for webinars and whitepapers to showcase Infosys thought leadership in the Finance and Accounting (F&A)/GBS domainCoaching and mentoring junior team members who are part of the bid teams and developing their skills and capabilitiesTaking part in or leading cross-functional initiatives across the organization to support the unit's goalsSkillsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experienceIf a Master's degree has been completed, then a minimum of 11 years' experience related to the job description is requiredApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1B or otherwise)The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
