This role involves corporate finance, strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, and providing financial leadership to drive enterprise value creation in a rapidly growing construction and consulting business.ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Leadership Team on strategic, operational, and financial decisionsLead long-range financial planning, capital allocation, and enterprise value creation initiativesDevelop financial models supporting growth strategies, geographic expansion, new service offerings, and market opportunitiesProvide executive-level financial analysis and recommendations to support company objectivesParticipate in EOS Level 10 meetings and leadership planning sessionsPartner with business leaders to evaluate, financially model, and support the launch of new products, services, and business lines, ensuring successful market entry and profitable growthIdentify, evaluate, and execute acquisition opportunities aligned with company growth objectivesLead financial due diligence, valuation analysis, transaction modeling, and integration planningCoordinate with investment bankers, legal counsel, accounting advisors, and external consultants throughout transaction processesDevelop acquisition integration strategies and post-close financial reporting structuresAssess strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other corporate development opportunitiesDevelop and execute strategies for debt and equity capital raisesEvaluate financing alternatives to support growth, acquisitions, and working capital needsPrepare financial presentations, lender packages, and investor materialsLead discussions with lenders, investors, private equity firms, and strategic capital partnersOptimize company capital structure and liquidity managementManage and strengthen relationships with banking partners and financial institutionsNegotiate credit facilities, revolving lines of credit, bonding programs, treasury services, and other financial arrangementsLead annual banking reviews and financing renewalsMonitor covenant compliance and lender reporting requirementsPartner with sureties and insurance providers to support project growth and risk managementProvide executive oversight of project accounting, job costing, WIP reporting, and project profitabilityEnsure accurate forecasting of project cash flows, margins, contingencies, and financial risksPartner with operations and project leadership to improve project-level financial performanceDevelop financial tools and reporting that improve decision-making across active construction programsOversee contract billing, change order financial impacts, revenue recognition, and project controlsLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processesStrengthen internal controls, financial systems, and reporting capabilitiesEnsure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry-specific financial requirementsOversee relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and external accounting partnersBuild and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting organizationSkills10+ years of progressive finance leadership experienceSignificant experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based industriesStrong expertise in construction project accounting, job costing, WIP reporting, and project forecastingExperience leading banking relationships, credit facilities, and cash management programsDemonstrated success partnering with executive leadership teams on strategic financial decisionsAdvanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilitiesBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldExperience leading or supporting mergers and acquisitionsExperience raising debt and/or equity capitalBackground working with private equity-backed, high-growth, or founder-led companiesCPA, CFA, or MBAData center, mission critical, industrial construction, or EPC industry experienceExperience integrating acquired businesses and scaling finance organizationsCompany OverviewWeeks Group builds and retrofits hyperscale data centers with ownerβs representation, project management, and construction services.
