The Senior Director of Customer Success for Enterprise Demand leads the strategy and execution for Bankrate’s distribution partners, ensuring they successfully deploy marketplace solutions and achieve long-term growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the Customer Success strategy for the "Demand" segment, focusing on how our private marketplaces can best serve the unique needs of employees (B2B2C) and affinity membersPartner with stakeholders to ensure our private marketplaces are optimized for engagement, conversion, and user satisfaction within the partner's specific environmentIdentify and execute opportunities to broaden our footprint within existing partners (e.g., moving from a single employee benefit tier to a full-company rollout)Serve as the bridge between Product (to customize and expand marketplace features or categories), Marketing (to drive audience awareness within the partner’s ecosystem), and SalesBuild CS playbooks, standardizing not only how we onboard an enterprise customer to ensure streamlined time to value, but also how we continue to increase value and depth of partnershipSkills8+ years in Customer Success or Partnership Management, with specific experience in B2B2C environments, channel partnerships, or the HR/Benefits tech spaceUnderstanding of how digital marketplaces function, specifically the balance between user experience and monetizationProven ability to not just maintain a partnership, but to proactively find ways to grow the audience and revenueA proven track record of being 'in the weeds' with enterprise clients while simultaneously managing a team's performanceAbility to take complex audience engagement data and turn it into a compelling 'ROI story'BenefitsHealth Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)Life InsuranceShort and Long-Term Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsHoliday Pay401(k) with matchEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Parental Bonding Benefit ProgramFlexible Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe time to rest and recharge is essential.
