[Remote] Senior Director Clinical Operations

The Senior Director of Clinical Operations will oversee health assessment screenings and compliance for the NY CDPAP program, supervising a team of RNs and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while promoting clinical quality assurance and process improvement.ResponsibilitiesOversee pre-employment health screenings for all new NY CDPAP Personal Assistants (PAs) in partnership with vendors contracted to perform clinical evaluationsOversee annual health screenings for all existing NY CDPAP PAs in partnership with vendors and internal teamsEnsure assessments are completed accurately and within required timelinesAssist in escalated medical record reviews when health screening results are unclear or challenged by PAsReview medical histories, functional status, and identified health concernsMaintain compliance with state, federal, and agency requirements related to home care assessmentsPrepare documentation for audits, surveys, and quality reviews as neededMaintain up-to-date knowledge of home care regulations, Medicaid and managed care requirements, and agency policiesEnsure adherence to HIPAA confidentiality standards and internal protocolsTrack assessment due dates and documentation requirements to ensure ongoing regulatory complianceSupport the development and updating of clinical policies and proceduresReport incidents, concerns, or significant client changes in accordance with agency protocolSkillsCurrent, active RN license in good standing in the state of New YorkExperience supervising or supporting direct care staffFamiliarity with Medicaid, managed care, or long-term care programsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesCompassionate and client-centered approach to careBachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) requiredMinimum of 5 years of nursing experience requiredMaster's degree preferredMinimum of 2 years of supervisory, leadership, case management, quality assurance, or care coordination experience preferredPrior experience in home care, community health, managed care, long-term care, or population health strongly preferredDemonstrated experience with clinical documentation review, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiativesBenefits401k Retirement PlanMedical, Dental and Vision insurance on first day of employmentGenerous Paid Time OffEmployee Assistance Program and moreCompany OverviewPPL is the leading service provider for self-directed care programs.
