[Remote] Senior Director, Business Development, ECC Vehicle

The Senior Director of Business Development will focus on the Command, Control, Communications, and Compute (C4) missionization of ground vehicle platforms, developing strategic initiatives to expand the adoption of integrated vehicle compute solutions across DoD and allied forces.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic initiatives to expand the adoption of Menace-X and other integrated vehicle compute solutions across DoD and allied forcesIdentify and qualify new business opportunities where mobile ECC capabilities can address operational gaps in tactical edge environments based on operational analysis and deep customer engagementLead capture efforts for vehicle-based ECC programs, including support to Portfolio Acquisition Executives (PAEs), service labs, and operational unitsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the services to understand mission needs and position Anduril’s vehicle-based ECC solutions accordinglyCollaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to shape technical roadmaps aligned with customer requirements and emerging threatsSupport proposal development, customer briefings, and strategic planning activitiesRepresent Anduril’s ECC vehicle systems portfolio at industry events, demonstrations, and field exercisesContribute to business performance tracking, forecasting, and strategic growth planningSkills7–10 years of experience in defense business development, program management, or acquisitionsStrong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, government contracting, and capability transition strategiesExperience with tactical vehicle platforms, mobile C2 systems, and edge compute/communications technologiesFamiliarity with DDIL (Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, Low-bandwidth) operational environments and mobile command and control conceptsDemonstrated success in capturing and growing defense programs, particularly in vehicle-based systemsExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environmentCurrently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearanceAbility and willingness to travel up to 50%Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearanceBenefitsHighly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.Anduril offers top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including: Our comprehensive, competitive benefits package (available at little to no cost to employees) ensures you’re supported in health, recovery, and whatever comes next.Company OverviewAnduril Industries is a defense technology company that specializes in developing advanced autonomous systems to enhance national security.
