The role involves leading growth across Early and Late Stage and Commercial drug product services, focusing on building client relationships and executing profitable commercial strategies.ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver a profitable commercial growth strategy across Early, Late Stage and Commercial Drug Product services within an assigned US East Coast territoryAchieve individual sales targets while supporting broader commercial team objectivesDevelop and execute a cohesive territory strategy informed by market trends, client pipelines and competitive intelligenceManage the full business development lifecycle from lead generation through to contract executionBuild, expand and retain strategic relationships with biotech and pharmaceutical clientsIdentify opportunities to expand existing client relationships into additional services and programmesWork closely with site leadership to align client needs with operational capability, capacity planning and future growth initiativesLead commercial discussions with clients on programme scope, pricing, timelines and CapEx planning, with executive oversight as requiredCollaborate with legal, technical, marketing and project management teams to deliver tailored, compliant commercial solutionsRepresent Quotient Sciences at client meetings, conferences and industry events across the US East CoastSkillsDegree‑level qualification in a relevant life science disciplineSignificant experience (typically 8+ years) in commercial roles within the CDMO sectorDemonstrable success selling formulation development and clinical manufacturing services to biotech and pharmaceutical clientsStrong understanding of the end‑to‑end drug development lifecycleProven ability to translate customer needs into commercially sound, technically credible proposalsExperience managing complex negotiations and closing high‑value dealsExcellent communication, influencing and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite executivesSelf‑motivated, resilient and comfortable working autonomously in a remote roleWillingness and ability to travel extensively within the US East Coast regionEstablished network across US East Coast biotech and pharmaceutical organisationsExperience supporting commercial expansion into late‑stage or commercial manufacturing programmesFamiliarity with CapEx‑driven client partnerships and long‑term framework agreementsBenefitsHome‑based , servicing a defined US East Coast territory , with a high level of client‑facing travel.Exposure to an integrated drug development and manufacturing business with global reachDirect engagement with senior scientific, operational and executive leadersOpportunity to shape long‑term client partnerships and influence future service developmentOngoing professional development through structured commercial and leadership programmesCompany OverviewQuotient Sciences provides formulation development, clinical pharmacology, clinical & commercial manufacturing services.
