They are seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to own the evolution of their digital commerce platforms, ensuring alignment between commercial teams and technology. This role involves managing product initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading the digital product strategy.ResponsibilitiesOwn the digital ecosystem roadmap for shared capabilities across web, app, acquisition, and retention touch pointsTranslate commercial objectives from Ecommerce, Loyalty & Retention, and Paid Media into scalable platform solutionsDefine and prioritize product initiatives across CMS, promotions, checkout, personalization, experimentation, analytics, and performanceBalance short-term commercial needs with long-term platform sustainability, technical debt reduction, and architectural integrityAct as the primary decision-maker on product trade-offs, sequencing, and solution design in partnership with agenciesManage delivery with appropriate external teams and partnersPartner closely with the eCommerce Director to convert trading priorities, campaign needs, and experience goals into clear product requirements; Build a Shopify-centric technology stack that enables the eCommerce team to deliver their goalsWork with the Ecommerce team on the digital channel optimization work stream, directly inputting into the experimentation roadmapWork with Loyalty & Retention leadership to enable known-user experiences, personalization, lifecycle orchestration, and experimentation through shared product capabilities and integrationsCollaborate with Paid Media teams to ensure feeds, tracking, attribution, and performance requirements are supported by the underlying platforms; own the Martech feed stackCollaborate with Brand Marketing on needs for the influencer, ambassador, and partnership work streams, enabling operational capability over timeServe as the connective layer between commercial strategy and technical execution, ensuring clarity, alignment, and delivery confidenceDirectly manager and mentor the App & Data Product Manager, supporting roadmap development, prioritization, and stakeholder managementEstablish consistent product discovery, delivery, and prioritization practices across digital product initiatives, giving a consistent process for sign-off, reviews, and developmentSupport the long-term evolution of the digital product operating model as the organization scalesEffectively manage timelines, output, and budgets with external partners across design and developmentLeverage workflow tooling to maintain a fully referenceable roadmap with live, visual tickets, enabling clarity across the team on project statusOwn prioritization of the digital product backlog in partnership with engineering and digital leadershipEnsure high standards of delivery quality, platform performance, resilience, and security – particularly during peak trading periodsProactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across platforms and products before they impact commercial executionQA all releases before handing over to the eCommerce Manager for operational useChampion platform observability and data-informed decision-making across digital productsDefine success metrics for digital product initiatives focused on enablement outcomes; Speed to market, reduction in manual effort, platform stability and scalability, and reusability of features and componentsManage implementation with analytics and marketing teams to ensure robust, consistent event tracking and insight generation across web and appUse data to guide and challenge product prioritization and continuously improve platform effectiveness for commercial teamsSkills7+ years of experience in digital product management, platform product, or technical product roles, with at least 5 years of Shopify platform experienceProven experience owning platform or capability roadmaps that support multiple business teams or channelsStrong understanding of full digital product ecosystems (Shopify-centric preferred), including CMS, Martech, analytics, and experimentationExperience mentoring product managersComfortable operating in highly cross-functional environments with complex stakeholder dynamicsStrong technical fluency, with the ability to partner with engineering while representing commercial needsHighly analytical, structured thinker with excellent communication and prioritization skillsBenefitsCompetitive base salary and annual bonus based on company and individual performance21 days paid vacation + all federal holidaysFull health benefits (health, dental, vision, mental)16 weeks paid birth parent leave; 8 weeks non-birth parent leave55% off Lola Blankets for friends and familyOpportunities for career growth within Lola BlanketsCompany OverviewLola Blankets offers ultra-soft, vegan faux fur blankets designed for luxurious comfort and soothing experiences.
