[Remote] Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Email) - Capital One Software (Remote)

They are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of email marketing and lead nurturing programs, transforming cold interest into loyal customers for their data management and security tools. • Responsibilities • Own the E2E strategy for all lead nurturing programs. You will map the buyer's journey and build automated email sequences that align with specific stages (e.g., Cold-to-Warm, MQL-to-SQL, and Customer Expansion) • Leverage CRM data and intent signals to create highly segmented email lists. You will move beyond basic "First Name" tags to deliver deep personalization based on industry, tech stack, and persona pain points • Maintain a rigorous testing roadmap for subject lines, CTAs, send times, and content formats. You will constantly iterate to improve open rates, CTRs, and—most importantly—bottom-of-funnel conversions • Partner with Marketing Ops to refine lead scoring models based on email engagement data, ensuring the Sales team is prioritizing the most "sales-ready" leads • Act as the primary email consultant for Campaign Managers and Content teams, ensuring all multi-channel campaigns (Webinars, Whitepapers, Events) have a high-converting email component • Ensure all email activities adhere to Capital One’s LRCC (Legal, Risk, Compliance) standards and international regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) • Skills • Bachelor's Degree or military experience • At least 5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation or Email Marketing within the SaaS or Tech sector • At least 5 experience building automated workflows in enterprise-grade platforms (Marketo, Groove, Gong) • At least 5 years of experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting email marketing performance with direct linkage to pipeline and revenue attribution • 7+ years experience navigating complex legal/compliance review cycles within financial services or a similarly regulated environment • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting and experience with SQL for advanced database segmenting • A strong portfolio of B2B email copy that is concise, professional, and action-oriented • Familiarity with the broader B2B tech stack, including Salesforce (CRM), 6sense/Demandbase (ABM), and Snowflake (Data) • Benefits • This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
