They are seeking a Senior Design Project Manager who will lead all aspects of project management, including design and construction administration, while ensuring client satisfaction and managing project financials.ResponsibilitiesDrive project design from inception (site acquisition) through design and constructionDevelop owner project requirements (OPR) and initial space planning efforts / schematic designRepresent DLB at site visits including existing condition surveys and punchlistsEvaluate and review subcontractor proposals and provide recommendations on contract awardLead pre-construction elements including project initiation, kickoff, RFIs and submittalsCoordinate resource and material forecastingDevelop, manage and monitor scheduleLead project meetingsCoordinate / perform QA / QC plans and specifications to ensure completion in accordance with the project scope and appropriate guidelines and manualsOversee / coordinate subconsultant activitiesDevelop cost and time schedules for proposed work with the assistance of project team.
