[Remote] Senior Demand Generation Manager (B2C Growth)

They are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager (B2C Growth) who will be responsible for owning B2C growth initiatives across various channels, developing messaging for different learner segments, and optimizing demand generation strategies.ResponsibilitiesOwn B2C growth across paid,, ambassador, organic, referral, partnerships, and event channelsBuild and scale repeatable acquisition engines targeting healthcare student communities; prioritize by CAC efficiency and conversion potentialPlan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google (with room to test new platforms)Own budget allocation with clear CAC and ROAS accountability; make data-driven reallocation decisionsDevelop differentiated positioning for med, NP, and PA studentsTranslate product features into high-converting value propositions across ads, landing pages, and lead-gen assetsPartner with lifecycle/CRM to ensure demand captured at the top of the funnel convertsIdentify and address drop-off points across the acquisition funnelExecute student-facing events and conference activationsBuild and test scalable programs, including ambassador initiatives, influencer partnerships, referrals, and organic growth tacticsOwn demand gen reporting: track volume, quality, and cost of new trial starts and subscribers across all channelsPartner with product and content teams to align messaging and share user insightsManage vendors and agency relationships; communicate results clearly across teamsSkills5–8 years of marketing experience with a heavy focus on demand generation or performance marketingProven track record managing paid media budgets ($50K–$300K annually) with measurable ROIStrong grasp of full-funnel demand gen: paid acquisition, conversion optimization, referral/ambassador programs, and lead nurtureExperience with lifecycle/email marketing and marketing automationExperience marketing to niche B2C audiences (students, professionals in training, or tight-knit communities preferred)Strong product intuition and experience partnering closely with product teamsAbility to develop segment-specific messaging that convertsStrong analytical skills; fluent in Google Analytics, funnel metrics, and evaluating CAC, LTV, and funnel metricsExcellent writing and communication skills across performance formats (ads, emails, landing pages)Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and comfort building programs and processes from scratchThrives in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environmentBackground in edtech, healthcare, or student-focused productsFamiliarity with healthcare education (medical school, NP programs, PA programs)Experience in a growth-stage startup environment (Seed to Series B)BenefitsPerformance-based annual bonusStock optionsRemote First - Make a difference from wherever you want to work.Flexible Time Off - We work smarter, not harder.
