They are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to build and deploy machine learning models to support various business functions, monitor model performance, and maintain high-quality datasets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesModel Development: Design, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve marketing, forecasting, and operational problemsModel Monitoring: Track model performance, detect drift or deterioration, and assist in implementing corrective measuresForecasting & Insights: Develop time-series forecasts and performance dashboards that inform marketing strategies and broader business decisionsData Management: Clean, transform, and maintain structured datasets to ensure reliable inputs for analytics and modelingCollaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and business teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutionsDocumentation & Reporting: Produce clear documentation of models, data pipelines, and processes; communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholdersSkills4–5 years of hands-on experience in data science, applied statistics, or machine learning (internships and projects count)Familiarity and experience working with AI toolkits such as Claude or Gemini or similarStrong foundation in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn; PyTorch or TensorFlow a plus)Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and transformationExperience with basic machine learning workflows: preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and monitoringUnderstanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries like Matplotlib/Seaborn)Curiosity and eagerness to learn — especially around model monitoring, forecasting, and marketing analyticsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights clearlyBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
