They are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and build scalable data solutions that harmonize enterprise data across multiple ERP ecosystems, focusing on integrating and standardizing data from various ERP platforms into unified data models.ResponsibilitiesBuild ERP Data Integration PipelinesDesign and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and transform data from enterprise systems including:Sage ERP (e.g., Sage X3, Sage Intacct, Sage 300)Baan / Infor LNOracle ERP / Oracle FusionSaaS ERP platforms such as NetSuiteLegacy ERP and adjacent enterprise systemsImplement transformation pipelines using SQL and PythonImplement Data Harmonization LogicDesign and maintain data harmonization frameworks that standardize enterprise datasets across systemsDefine and implement cross-system mapping rules for enterprise data domains including:Customers / Business PartnersVendors / SuppliersMaterials / ProductsChart of AccountsCost Centers and organizational structuresFinancial and operational transactionsDesign Enterprise Data ModelsDevelop canonical enterprise data models that normalize ERP data across heterogeneous systemsImplement logical and physical models supporting:Relational data platformsDimensional analytics modelsEnterprise semantic layersTranslate Functional Requirements into Data LogicWork closely with ERP functional teams and Functional Data Experts (FDEs) to translate business rules into technical implementationsConvert functional requirements into:SQL transformation logicPython-based processing pipelinesValidation and reconciliation frameworksImprove Data Quality and GovernanceImplement data validation, reconciliation, and monitoring frameworksIdentify and resolve enterprise data issues such as:Duplicate master dataInconsistent definitions across ERP systemsIncomplete or legacy datasetsConfiguration-driven inconsistenciesSkills5–8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, or Data Platform developmentExperience working with enterprise ERP systems, such as Sage ERP platforms, Baan / Infor LN, Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion, NetSuite or other SaaS ERPsExperience supporting ERP transformation, migration, or multi-system integration initiativesAdvanced SQLStrong Python for data engineering workflows and pipeline developmentExperience building ETL/ELT pipelinesExperience processing large-scale enterprise datasetsFamiliarity with modern data architectures and distributed processingStrong understanding of relational data models, dimensional models, and canonical enterprise data modelsUnderstanding of ERP business domains including Finance, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Master DataAbility to understand complex enterprise systems and business processes, and design data solutions that work across multiple platformsCapability to work with functional teams and convert business rules into scalable data transformation logicStrong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve enterprise data challengesComfortable working with cross-functional teams including engineers, ERP functional consultants, and business stakeholdersAbility to take ownership of complex data problems and deliver production-grade solutions that scale across enterprise environmentsCompany OverviewTessera Labs is an AI platform that delivers governed execution across ERP, CRM, HCM, and finance landscapes.
