[Remote] Senior Data Consultant/ETL Consultant in the USA or Canada
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cloud for Good, the Nonprofit and Higher Education Partner of the Year for Salesforce, is seeking a Senior Data Consultant/ETL Consultant to manage large data migration projects with nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. The role requires ETL expertise and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and peers while delivering on project assignments.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Serve as the lead data resource on Salesforce implementation projects
ā¢ Create and iterate on data conversion maps
ā¢ Evaluate, design, and implement data migration solutions for nonprofit and higher education clients
ā¢ Plan all aspects of iterative data migration and coordinate with the project manager to align with the overall project plan
ā¢ Maintain up-to-date, accurate knowledge of NPSP and/or EDA
ā¢ Assess client business requirements to design architecturally-sound solutions
ā¢ Deliver on project assignments on time and within budget
ā¢ Perpetually contribute to the betterment of Cloud for Good
ā¢ Show a commitment to customer satisfaction
ā¢ Provide informal mentorship and facilitate knowledge-sharing and growth opportunities to customer satisfaction
Skills
ā¢ Experience transforming and migrating data to Salesforce via data loading tools and ETL tools (e.g., Jitterbit, Informatica, Boomi, DBAmp), including creating an initial data map
ā¢ At least 3 years of consulting experience
ā¢ Strong understanding of relational database architecture, SOQL, and SQL
ā¢ Understanding of agile methodology
ā¢ Salesforce.com administrator certification (if not available will be required to complete within the onboarding period)
ā¢ Strong consulting skills, communication, and teamwork/collaboration
ā¢ Proven track record of continuously improving organizations
ā¢ Strong time management skills
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Intellectual curiosity
ā¢ Passion for continuous learning
ā¢ Mentoring skills
ā¢ Presentation skills
ā¢ Strong Salesforce configuration knowledge is a plus
ā¢ Familiarity working with nonprofits and/or higher education institutions
