The Data Analytics Consultant is responsible for designing risk management strategies and producing measurable outcomes for clients using data and technology.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, analyze and interpret benefits plan data to identify population risk, financial trends, and utilization trendsDevelop risk strategies through value-based plan design, contribution, and benefit initiativesPrepare financial forecasts through predictive modeling toolsDevelop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and qualityEnhance plan communications platform by leveraging technologySupport sales and prospecting efforts in the Large Group Practice.
