This role involves building models and conducting analyses to support long-term infrastructure planning and execution for new data centers, requiring strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain analytical models and tools to support decision-making
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners in communication, construction, design, and energy
• Deliver predictive analyses and ensure data accuracy for business justifications
• Present findings and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders
• Drive alignment on strategic initiatives across multiple teams

Skills
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience working on complex datasets
• Ability to build models and extract actionable insights
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience working with partners across communication, construction, design, and energy teams
• Strong communication and executive-level reporting skills
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers and align stakeholders on strategic initiatives
• Experience in energy markets or the technology sector
• Direct site selection or development experience
