They are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help clients transition from data collection to decision-making, utilizing both strategic thinking and technical execution to derive insights from complex data sets.ResponsibilitiesConduct audits of client digital properties to ensure analytics, tagging, and data pipelines are correctly configuredDesign and implement analytics measurement frameworks aligned to client business, marketing, and product strategiesAdvise on and support eventādriven analytics, data layers, and tagging strategies across web, mobile, CRM, and marketing platformsDesign and build dashboards, reports, and selfāservice views using BI and visualization toolsTroubleshoot data integrity, tracking, and pipeline issues across platforms and vendorsDocument implementations and lead enablement sessions to establish analytics best practicesLead stakeholder conversations to deeply understand business goals and translate them into measurement and insight requirementsAnalyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic recommendations across UX, content, marketing, and productDevelop testable hypotheses related to acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and experience qualityRecommend experimentation strategies (A/B testing, personalization, SEO testing, CRO) tied to defined KPIsConnect insights across multiple data sources to tell a coherent, actionable storyIdentify analytics workflows that can be accelerated or augmented using AI (e.g., automated insights, anomaly detection, summarization, forecasting, and trend identification)Leverage AIāassisted tools to support: Data exploration and pattern discovery, Narrative generation and executive summaries, Experiment analysis and insight synthesisPartner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to pilot AIāenabled analytics capabilities within client engagementsContribute to Phase2ās evolving AIānative delivery patterns and analytics playbooksAdvise clients on data collection best practices in alignment with privacy, consent, and regulatory requirementsPartner with teams to ensure data quality, taxonomy consistency, and measurement governanceHelp clients understand tradeoffs, limitations, and risks within their data and technology ecosystemsOwn analytics workstreams end-to-end, serving as a de-facto workstream lead responsible for insight quality, delivery timelines, and managing client expectations from discovery through recommendationMentor junior analysts, oversee contractor work and support capability development within the Data & Insights teamContribute to sales and marketing efforts through thought leadership, presentations, webinars, and proposalsAct as a trusted analytics advisor to clients and internal teamsSkills6+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or data analysis in an agency or consulting environmentDeep expertise with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, along with broader experience with enterprise analytics and tag management platforms including Google Marketing Platform, Tealium iQ, Adobe Launch, or equivalentStrong understanding of endātoāend digital measurement across websites, mobile, CRM, email, and marketing platformsExperience with AIāassisted analytics, machine learningāsupported insights, or automated reporting workflowsExperience collaborating with web and app development teams to configure, test, and validate analytics implementations across development, staging, and production environmentsStrong, hands-on experience working with raw data,
